Community conferences

The goal of our conferences is to expose the world of high-tech and its opportunities, and to break stigmas and false images through open dialogue with industry leaders.

At the same time, the conferences constitute a living, breathing space for creating connections – between community members, women who already work in high-tech, and women who want to integrate into it.

During the conferences, panels were held with women in key roles – managers, developers, researchers, testers, entrepreneurs, and more – alongside practical lectures on the stages of entering the high-tech world, strengthening soft skills, and dealing with the challenges of choosing a professional path in the field.
