Women Integrate Women in High Tech
The community was established in December 2022, when during a breakfast with friends, Tali, the founder of the community, heard from them a sense of despair: "There is no place for women in high-tech," "There is not enough exposure to technology," and "The environment directs women to other professions."
Since then, the community has been working tirelessly to change the picture:
To expose women to the world of high-tech, open doors to the industry for them, and ensure that they too will be part of Israel's technological future.

Tali Glicksman
Founder of the community
Tali was told that there is no family life in high-tech. That you have to know how to program. That it is a world closed to men. That she has no chance – because she doesn't understand technology, so she graduated with a degree in information systems to prove herself otherwise.
That was 14 years ago.
Today, Tali is a single mother, manager of the automation and testing development team at Gett, and founder of the "Women Integrating Women in High Tech" community: a community that was born to change the statistics, and to respond to anyone who told her things that were wrong.
"Always find someone who believes in you - yourself."

Pickle Potash Bar
Community Manager
Barr has a master's degree in molecular biology, but her curiosity and attraction to the high-tech world led her to retrain into a CSM (Customer Success Management) role. The transition wasn't easy, but Barr believed in herself and her ability.
To learn, to grow – and to enter a new world. She joined the community out of a desire to help other women find their place in high-tech, and to share her
.The path that has passed itself.
A responsible bar set up our Monday webinar - one of the most important invitations in our community.
"The path is not always easy – but it is possible."
